death
I think that when a person dies, the electrical waves in our brain spread outward and transform into heat, movement, or some other form of energy around us. My thought behind this is that consciousness in our head might be nothing more than an illusion — caused by the nerve cluster, aka our brain. The electrical information that arises is our current self. Our memories are stored in the brain as proteins and fats. That might mean the current version of "me" dies when we go to sleep, and a new, different version wakes up again — with the same memories and the belief that it’s still the same person. That whole idea sounds kind of creepy and depressing, but hey — why fight something you have no control over? There’s no point. Acceptance is probably the best option: enjoy the moment and all that. After the final release of electrical signals — which then adapt to their surroundings — the whole topic of rebirth comes up. It could be possible that this energy travels through time until it reaches the moment a new life begins. That would mean the energy once in one brain becomes part of a new one — mixed, of course, with energy from other people’s brains too. So it would be a kind of rebirth of multiple beings in one. Just without the memories, since those were left behind physically. This whole thought has kept me up at night for a long time. It’s definitely a strange idea… but it kind of makes sense. I guesse
